Address Changes, Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders
If an error has occurred in your order, and you notify us immediately, we will attempt to assist in correcting the error.
After the order has left the pending queue we cannot assist in any way and orders must be returned as per our Return Policy.
If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Return Details
We accept returns on most product purchases within 30 days of delivery. Simply send back the item in an unused and saleable condition. Items that are marked “final sale” or “clearance” are not returnable, nor can we adjust prices for items within an order or cancel orders. Please contact us here to start a return.
All Deny Design products are made to order and are not eligible for return.
All candles must be unused and unlit.

About Our Candles
Our candles are developed with a coconut soy wax that burns longer and cleaner than any other wax. The wax is blended with a high dose of fragrance oil and hand poured over a cotton wick. All candles are packaged in glass vessels and secured into a durable gift box. This box contains an insert that will keep the candle in place during transport.
